Member of a 4 person crew supporting a lime kiln, hydrate plant, fine grind plant and stone crushing plant in a 24x7 operation. Normal duties include loading trucks with finished product from storage silos, operating a front end loader to load coal, stone, and crusher, take and analyze process samples, perform daily inspections and greasing, and light maintenance as needed.
Executes day-to-day activities and tasks while adhering to safety policies, practices and SOPs and assuring quality and quantity of production.
Requires a highly motivated, self-starter, willingness to work outdoors doing physical work.
Attend work regularly, punctually, and with preparedness including appropriate attire and PPE each shift start.
Maintains a positive attitude and be willing to perform all functions assigned either individually or through teamwork with a willingness to accept changes or make adjustments to plans.
No experience required, we will train on all tasks.
