Description
The Mobile Equipment Mechanic provides daily maintenance support to the plant operations on mobile equipment, including on-highway trucks and trailers, off-road heavy equipment and light vehicles.
- Responsible for services & repairs on company vehicles from light vehicles to heavy mining equipment. Performs on-going preventative maintenance program for vehicles, analyzes and identifies sources of mechanical failures and repairs. Predicts potential failures to vehicles based on historical and operating data, monitors and maintains fluid levels for vehicles, storage tanks and containers, and assists with major repairs as needed.
- Possesses his / her own tools, a valid driver's license, and basic computer skills.
- Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment troubleshooting repair experience preferred.
- Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment troubleshooting and repair preferred.

Schedule -
Monday - Friday
7 am to 5 pm. Shift may change to fit operational needs.
Occasional overtime and Saturday work may be required.
