Delivery Driver - free health insurance!

Do you like to drive, and do you have a good driving record? We have a great opportunity for someone to join our team of hard working delivery drivers. Someone who doesn’t mind a little heavy lifting. The right person for this job likes driving, will follow a GPS, likes talking to customers, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.

First thing in the morning ( 8-9:30am) you'll restock parts to vehicles and the warehouse that were returned to us from customers that cancelled their orders. Then you'll help unload a truck we get daily around 9:30am. After those parts have been received and quality checked, you will load one of our pickup trucks with sold car parts (big and small,) follow a GPS barking at you from a tablet to various stops at car dealerships, body shops and garages where you unload the parts, get signatures from customers and sometimes payments... all while keeping your vehicle (reasonably) clean. We need you to be able to load the parts, including learning how to drive a forklift to load engines and other large parts, you need to be able to lift a car door or an SUV rear gate, etc.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have a reasonably clean driving record
• Must be able to work on your feet much of the day

• Must have positive references
• Must not show up late habitually
• Must not call in sick more than 5 times a year

It's ok if you have to put in two weeks notice where you are currently working, we have time for that. We have a delivery driver who is retiring, so we would like to hire someone and have them trained by our current driver until he says his final goodbyes!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
