Server/Bartender

Overview
We are in search for experienced and enthusiastic staff to join us for the grand reopening of our family restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is functioning properly.
• Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS or similar systems, ensuring proper payment processing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in bartending or hospitality roles, is preferred.
• Familiarity with dining concepts and banquet service is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Possessing a valid food handling certificate or be willing to obtain one upon hiring is a plus! :)

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
