Pete'sTire Barns was started by Peter A. Gerry in 1968 and has grown to one of thelargest independent tire dealerships in the country. Pete's currently operates22 full-service locations in New England, a state-of-the art DistributionCenter, 3 Bandag retread facilities, employs in excess of 300 people, andoperates a fleet of over 100 service and delivery vehicles. Today,approximately 90% of our business is in the commercial truck tire and relatedmarkets. Pete's services everything from a wheelbarrow tire up to anearthmover tire.
Qualifications :
- ValidClass A Commercial Driver's License required
- Cleandriving record required
- DOT medical card required
- High School Diploma orEquivalent preferred

Physical Demands :
Exerts 75 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 25 to 50pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds offorce constantly to move objects. Frequently reaches (extending hands and armsin any direction), handles (seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or workingwith hands), and identifies and distinguishes colors. Occasionally climbs(ascends or descends ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like), balances. Occasionallystoops (bending the body downward and forward by bending at the waist, legs andspine), and kneels (bending the legs at knee to come to rest on knee or knees).
