- Lead by example and inspire teams to achieve their best
What We’re Looking For:
- Outdoor management experience (landscaping, siding, roofing, gutter work, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability and results
- Bilingual in Spanish? A plus but not required
