Established insurance agency in New Paltz looking for a motivated customer service representative. Office and insurance experience preferred, but not required. Responsibilities will include answering phones, responding to account servicing requests, following up on service requests, meeting deadlines, documenting information, and aiding agents in further administrative tasks. Prospective employees should possess computer proficiency and be willing and able to learn agency management and company software systems. Very strong written and verbal skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Address incoming communications, schedule appointments, and answer client billing questions.
- Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
