What You Would Bring:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2-3 years of experience Senior Living Preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in Maintenance/Facilities Management required.
- 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance or equivalent field required.
- Ability to effectively use a computer maintenance management system (CMMS) for work orders.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and Appliance repairs.
