Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia is looking for an outstanding full time receptionist to cover our front desk area and phone lines with a proven track record in customer service to join our team. Our Receptionist ensures guests are welcomed to the dealership immediately upon arrival in a warm, inviting and professional manner. They will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers and some administrative paperwork.

- Answering multi line phone system from 5pm to 8pm Monday - Friday and 8am to 7pm Saturdays
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
