Job Responsibilities:
Perform all bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct financial reviews and assist in audits.
Handle state, local, and federal tax preparation and filings.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning.
Provide financial advice and insights to clients.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
CPA certification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles, financial statements, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
