We are currently hiring Heavy Highway Construction Operators for the 2025 season (April ? October). Candidates will have a solid understanding of construction site operations including site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties. As part of our team, you?ll provide assistance to Foreman and Supervisors as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, loader, bulldozers etc
- Clean the site of debris and remove hazards to ensure safety at all times.
- Transport and position various construction materials.
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Set up and maintain safety barricades, signs, and cones for proper traffic control in work zones.
- Follow safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
