We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a proven track record in operations, strategic planning, and scaling businesses. **Experience at a large telemedicine firm is required.**

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute PeterMD’s short-term and long-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and mission.

- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth, including market expansion, new services, partnerships, and acquisitions.

- Represent the company to stakeholders, including investors, partners, and key industry leaders.

Operational Oversight :

- Oversee all day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and delivery of exceptional patient care.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement processes and systems that drive operational excellence.

- Monitor key performance metrics, ensuring the company meets and exceeds operational and financial objectives.

Growth and Innovation:

- Drive the expansion of PeterMD’s telehealth platform, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

- Innovate and adapt to industry trends, leveraging technology to improve the patient experience and streamline internal operations.

- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance the company’s market position and service offerings.

Team Leadership:

- Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

- Lead efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.

- Create a workplace culture that embodies PeterMD’s core values and encourages growth and innovation.

Financial Management:

- Work closely with the CFO and finance team to ensure strong financial performance and sustainable growth.

- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve company goals.

- Engage with investors, providing transparent updates and building trust to support ongoing funding needs.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CEO, COO, or in a senior leadership role within a **large telemedicine firm (required)**.

- Strong expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and scaling high-growth organizations.
