Gruene Putt Putt is not your average mini golf course — we’ve brought the history and charm of historic Gruene to life with a course inspired by iconic local landmarks like Gruene Hall, the Gruene Water Tower, and more. We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Mini Golf Manager to help us create unforgettable experiences for families, friends, and visitors alike!
As our Mini Golf Manager, you’ll be the heart of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor our part-time and seasonal staff.
✅ Guest Experience: Ensure every visitor has an incredible time, from check-in to final putt.
✅ Operations Management: Oversee the point-of-sale system, handle transactions, and maintain accurate daily reports.
✅ Inventory & Supplies: Manage inventory of snacks, drinks, and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
✅ Maintenance Oversight: Monitor the condition of the course and facilities, coordinating any needed repairs or cleaning.
✅ Marketing Support: Assist with fun promotions, special events, and social media content to attract guests.
✅ Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety procedures are followed and maintain compliance with city regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing a small team in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or attractions preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting
- Positive, upbeat personality with a knack for customer service
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Bonus: Love for Gruene and Texas history is a plus!
