Position: Community Support Coordinator

Summary/Objective
The Community Support Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the agency community arts program and data/reporting for PPCS programs. This role involves creating, implementing, and evaluating arts programming that will benefit clients and their journey toward stability. The CSC works closely with artists, community partners, and staff to deliver impactful and inspiring arts experiences that align with the PPCS mission. The role will also oversee the different data collection and reporting from each program within the HMIS and Bell Data systems for funders. The CSC will work closely with the program managers and Director of Grants to achieve the organization's programmatic and data-related goals and ensure long-term sustainability.
Essential Functions
- Arts Programming:Develop, plan, and coordinate a variety of arts programs, workshops, and events for agency clients through group projects.
- Provide person centered life skills services to clients on an individual and group basis.
- Assist program participants with activities of daily living.
- Refer clients to appropriate community agencies, assisting clients when needed.
- Work with clinical staff to be aware of client goals and how the arts can assist with goal attainment.
- Act as advocate and liaison, consulting with Housing Program Managers, community agencies and program clients to maintain coordination in the care plan process.
- Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting feedback and data to inform improvements, ensuring programs are inclusive, accessible, and culturally relevant.
- Training: Provide training and support to staff on any necessary arts programming and data-related tools/best practices.
- Data Management: Collect, clean, maintain and analyze datasets from various sources, ensuring accuracy/integrity, and identify trends/insights that drive program improvements.
- Reporting: Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with program managers, development teams, and other departments to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Data Governance: Implement and adhere to data governance policies and procedures to ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Funding: Work with the development team to secure funding for program sustainability, assisting in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support program initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience:
- Be a working artist with experience coordinating community arts programming with marginalized communities.
- At least 3 years of grant writing experience
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with arts education and data systems with proficiency in data analysis tools/software.
- Understanding of social work practices including evaluation, outcome and goal setting and evidence-based practices related to the population you are serving and their needs.
