Primary Responsibilities
This is a part-time, hourly position that is expected to work starting June 9th through August 8th. All Summer Promise employees can expect to work approximately 30 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support the program with implementation of daily lesson plans and group activities
- Encourage group thinking, curiosity and discovery
- Assist in the implementation of Peter Paul's daily expectations and behavior system
- Commitment to total classroom engagement
- Participate in staff meetings and serve on planning and special event committees
- Participate in recommended training programs in order to acquire knowledge of current best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in college courses
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working with school age students
- Strong classroom management and organization skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Understanding of and familiarity with multicultural demographics
