POSITION SUMMARY
The Warranty Administrator position is responsible for the submission and collection of warranty claims within the guidelines of the dealership and/or parts manufacturer.
SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria required by the manufacturer.
- Reviewing warranty claims and correcting any errors.
- Provide support to management on warranty claims.
- Prepares, records and submits warranty claims to the manufacturer and/or distributor and reconciles accordingly.
- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in creating and implementing warranty processes.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a warranty manual.
- Assist in creating warranty SOP.
- Prepare warranties with detailed information ensuring the customer understands the full scope of the warranties.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

The daily duties of this position are not physically demanding however, the position does require sitting, standing, walking, use of fingers and hands, stooping, bending, reaching, and lifting.
