Responsibillities:
- Solicit new business and maintain accounts through face-to-face as well as other social media platforms, keeping customer satisfaction a priority
- Act as a liaison between the customer and the company to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met
- Respond to all selling opportunities and recommend products to meet customer needs
- Actively recruit new customers
- Actively gather "field intelligence "and provide this information to the department manager enabling the company to keep a competitive edge
- Informs customers of sales and marketing promotions as well as new product offerings
