The Role
As a Peterman Brothers Human Resourses Intern, you will be the backbone of the HR team! Our interns directly support the Human Resourses and Recruiting department, analyze, assist, and report on projects, and collaborate with a team of peers to propose solutions to current business challenges.

Responsibilities
Create and manage SOP creation and branding for HR and Recruiting related procedures
Develop a full understanding of job hazard analysis
Research and introduce strategies to improve employee engagement and DE&I measures to HR leadership for implementation across all departments
Analyze current sourcing strategies and provide insight into new and innovative methods for increasing applicant pool
Collect and monitor compliance documents
Audit Human Resources related files
Assist with New Hire Orientation classes (set up, uniforms, information collection, etc.)
Own the process for uniform inventory, from ordering uniforms to folding them and putting them away
Manage and track recruiting metrics
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or other applicable fields
Ability to Multi-Task and Adapt
Excellent Communication and People Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Committed to learning and growth
Lift at least 25 Pounds or more
