The Role
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for creating parts order requisitions, transfers, and fulfilling purchase order requests for will call pickup. The Warehouse Coordinator will also be responsible for working the parts counter and assisting technicians with replenishment requests in a high- volume warehouse.
What You'll Do
- Accurate data entry of transferring parts requests to requisition from technician provided estimates and work orders within an ERP system.
- Accurate data entry for creating replenishment requests from ERP generated safety stock levels for one or more business units.
- Ability to assist in troubleshooting discrepancies with requisitions, transfers, and replenishment requests within an ERP system.
- Assists with unloading and receiving inbound shipments as needed.
- Provides assistance with picking and staging job requisitions, transfers, and replenishment requests.
- Assists with quality inspections of parts and materials during receiving, put-away, picking, and staging.
- Operates Forklift and Other Material Handling Equipment as needed.
- Responsible for completing daily 6S duties as assigned.
- Collaborates with direct Supervisor and Management team to meet all KPI's and other performance measures. Ability to provide input and react to varying demands during busy times. Keen sense of urgency is a must.
- Maintains all safety regulations and company safety standards. Points out safety concerns to Supervisor when spotted.
- May be tasked with parts running during busy times and higher parts demand.
What You'll Need
- Strong attention to detail and strong data entry skills.

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- 2 years of warehouse experience
- 1 years of forklift experience
- Warehouse quality experience is a plus!
- Shipping and receiving experience is a plus!
- ERP system knowledge (Service Titan is a plus!)
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word,Excel, Outlook)
- Valid drivers' license
- High school diploma or a GED
