**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. **Duties:** - Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls promptly - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Maintain office supplies inventory - Assist with billing and insurance verification tasks **Skills:** - Customer support experience - Strong administrative skills - Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy - Familiarity with Google Suite applications - Knowledge of general office procedures - Exceptional organizational abilities - Data entry proficiency - Previous experience as a clerk is a plus - Familiarity with phone systems, especially in a dental office setting This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and customer service expertise will be valued.
