Responsibilities
- Utilize coffee experience to prepare and serve high-quality beverages to customers.
- Operate POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to food safety protocols to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold service standards.
- Move and multi-task with a sense of urgency while providing customers with a consistent high quality beverage and/or food.
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for long times, Kneel and stoop
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds
- Barista experience
- Coffee experience
- Customer service skills
- Food safety knowledge
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Proficiency in cash handling
- Basic math skills
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment
- Familiarity with food preparation and handling
- Sales experience is a plus
