The Petersen HR Team is looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic HR Coordinator who can take the wheel and help us maintain a seamless employee experience!
What You Will Do :
- Manage the start-to-end employee process - from job posting to offboarding"s
- Assist with recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance
- Be a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support
- Assist employees with any Rippling questions
- Managing our Yodeck dashboard / TV screens content
- Organize in house employee events (i.e Ice Cream Friday)
- Implement programs that support company goals
