Day-to-day tasks
- Enter and upload material and vendor bills into system daily
- Upload documents into company database
- Maintain subcontractor and vendor files
- Research and resolve bill discrepancies and issues
- Verify purchases
- Correspond with subcontractors and vendors - respond to inquiries
- Collect missing receipts
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
- Other duties as assigned
