We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Stager to join our team as an Independent Contractor. Being a Home Stager, you will be responsible for preparing residential properties for sale by creating an appealing and marketable appearance utilizing our current warehouse of furniture and decorative accessories. Your expertise in interior design, organization, and staging techniques will be essential in creating a desirable environment that captures buyers' interest. You must be flexible with a schedule, be open to training and understanding how to create our signature look, be able to work independently, as well as be a good team member.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute staging plans that align with clients' objectives, target market, and budget constraints.
- Arrange and rearrange furniture, decor, and accessories to create attractive and inviting living spaces.
- Pay attention to details such as lighting, color schemes, and focal points to create visually appealing spaces.
- Provide guidance to clients on decluttering, organizing, and depersonalizing their properties.
- Work within the specified timeframe to complete staging projects in a timely manner.
- Work with a large inventory of staging items and ensure they are well-maintained and well organized.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Home Stager or in a related field such as interior design or real estate.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, color schemes, and furniture arrangement techniques.
- Proficiency in using design software and tools to create visual presentations and floor plans.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple staging projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to adapt to different property styles, target markets, and budget constraints.
- Physical stamina to lift and move furniture and accessories during staging.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to meet project deadlines.
