About Us:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to not only install and repair windshields, but also help manage the daily operations of the department, including scheduling, ordering supplies, and leading a team.
This is a new operation for us, but rapid growth is expected. There is an immediate, plentiful supply of business ready to be captured.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform professional windshield replacements and auto glass repairs.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating jobs.
- Order and maintain inventory of glass and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth experience for clients.
- Train and oversee a small team of installers as the business grows.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Work closely with insurance companies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in auto glass installation required.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Comfortable working independently and making operational decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
