Sales Upgrade Specialist

Peterson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a full-time Sales Upgrade Specialist for our dealership. We are always looking to recruit top talent to add to our team and this position is no exception!

Ideal applicants for this position will have the ability to learn and perform these primary tasks:

• Greet every service customer waiting in the dealership showroom and present them options to trade their existing vehicle and purchase a new one
• Make 40 outbound phone calls per day
• Be a good teammate and communicate effectively
• Stay up-to-date with your organizer with 0 overdue tasks at the end of each shift
• Be proactive with pattern recognition. View and treat customers as humans, not just leads

Additional tasks and responsibilities will come, but these are the main responsibilities of this position.
