This industry-leading, reputable underground utility contractor, specializing in wet utilities - water, sewer, and storm drain seeks a Superintendent to join their dynamic team! With a great employee appreciation package, they pride themselves on taking care of their employees and their customers as well. A qualified person for this position will have 5 years of construction experience in underground utilities – water, sewer, and storm.

Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in Underground Construction in Pipelines (Sewer, Water, Storm Drains)
- Proven experience in managing projects in the $5M- $15M range from cradle to grave
- Experience in managing self-perform forces in wet underground utilities
- Experience in all types of ground conditions, site conditions
Responsibilities
- Ability to successfully manage l underground utility projects and/or multiple projects
- Build strong relationships with clients/owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure they will want to renew the construction experience with our client.
- Maintain project cost control.
- Maintain a 3 week look ahead schedule for the project.
- Manage subcontractors and equipment/material vendors.
- Attend subcontractor and owner coordination/progress meetings, change orders
- Resolve major disputes with vendors and subcontractors.
- Plus other unlisted field duties and assignments
- Must have experience building pump and lift stations
