Background Profile:
- 10 years of experience in QA/QC for Heavy Civil Construction
- Professional License is mandatory
- Experience working on public and private works projects.
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assists in creating company standards for quality procedures, including written programs and procedures.
- Assists in developing quality control programs.
- Supervises activities of QA/QC personnel on assigned projects.
- Assists in training/orientation of employees.
- Trains employees in some QA/QC facets.
- Manages QA/QC on assigned projects.
- Develops and trains QA/QC workforce.
- Performs additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
- Performs other duties and services to ensure projects are delivered successfully, and client is satisfied.
