A qualified person for this position will have 7 years of experience in underground pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plant construction. This position is office based with very limited regional travel. Local Experience a Plus.

Qualifications
- 7 years experience in Waste Water, Underground Utilities (Sewer, Water, Storm Drains), Pump Stations, and Treatment Plants
- Experience in at least 3 of the following: Dirt/Excavation, Yard Piping, Structures, Inside Mechanical and Process Piping
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience in working on projects in the $5M- $40M range from beginning to end
- Experience in managing self-perform forces in WTP/WWTP & underground utilities
- Experience with change orders, RFIs, CPM Scheduling, Pay Applications, Cost Allocations, and Variances
Responsibilities
- As the Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the assisting in completing the execution of various projects such as Water/Wastewater, Treatment Plants, Underground Utilities.
- You will help manage a team of Project Engineers and associated field management.
- You will be responsible for managing subordinates and subcontractors.
- This position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, Project Set-up, Project Cost-Control, Scheduling, Complete Project Oversight, and Profit & Loss.
