What you will do :
Complete telephone interviews to gather the patient's health history and medication list. Gather documents to be placed in the patient's folder which will be sent to the patient's destination where their procedure will be performed.
Required Education :
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Required Skills :
Basic computer skills
Preferred Skills :
Experience with meditech
Required Licensure / Registration / Certification :
Texas license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and certified in Basic Life Support
Required Experience :
Two years experience as an LVN in a hospital or outpatient environment.
Preferred Experience :
Critical care experience
