What you will do:
The Payroll Coordinator reviews and processes employee pay report; verifies Kronos time and attendance and reads data into payroll system; coordinates the processing of payroll; runs and ensures their accuracy; answers payroll related inquiries; prepares special checks as directed; assists in the preparation of payroll reports. Maintains payroll files, makes payroll tax deposit transfers, retirement plan transfers, as well as direct deposit transfers. Prints and distributes A/P checks.

Required Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.

Required Skills:
Ability to type and operate a 10 key calculator. Knowledgeable in Payroll software.

Preferred Experience:
Two years experience in Payroll processing.
