We are actively seeking to fill maintenance positions in the Kansas City, MO area, north of the river. The General Maintenance/Grounds person will focus on maintaining the common areas of the communities while providing outstanding customer service to existing and prospective residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties to maintain the common areas of the community including grounds, clubhouse and pools
- Assist with snow removal
- Assist with tasks to prepare vacant units for new occupants, including removal of large items
- Assist with work orders for current residents while providing exceptional customer service
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area
- Other related tasks as needed at surrounding properties also owned/managed by Peterson Properties
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Compensation based on your experience
- Must have your own basic tools and able to use a smartphone or IPAD
- Physical demands include constant walking, standing, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.
- Successfully complete background and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
