Join the Peterson Properties maintenance team! We’re New Mexico’s largest landlord, managing over 1.4 million square feet of retail, office, restaurant, and residential properties. With over 50 years in business, we take pride in keeping our properties in top shape—and we’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help us do just that!
Job Responsibilities:
HVAC maintenance
Minor plumbing repairs
Landscape care
Roof repair diagnosis & implementation
Make-ready work
General property maintenance & building system repairs
Pay & Benefits:
$21.50 per hour overtime opportunities
Health coverage included
Full-time: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional overtime)
Opportunities for advancement
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license & car insurance
Ability to pass a criminal background check & drug screen
Basic maintenance experience & strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently & efficiently
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
Valid references required
