What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daytime Service Technician/Carpet Cleaner/Maintenance position at Peterson's Property Maintenance, Inc.?
Daytime Service Technician. Duties include, but not limited to, steam cleaning carpets, power washing, gutter cleaning up to 2 stories, window cleaning, duct cleaning, minor repairs, security camera setup and installation, general cleaning/janitorial work, etc...
Candidate must be dependable and HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. Must be able to pass criminal background screening.
Shift starts at 7am and typically goes until 3-4pm depending on daily work schedule. Monday through Friday is standard work week, with a rotating weekend on call schedule, which is currently one weekend per month on average.
Pay starts at $13.00 per hour, with scheduled increase to $14.00 per hour after 90-day probationary period. Paid vacation, sick and holiday pay also available after introductory period.
