What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full time day time house keeper position at Peterson's Property Maintenance, Inc.?
Full time house keepers needed. Day shift 7am start time, Monday through Friday. Shift ends normally between 2:30-3:30pm depending on the work load for each day. Staff are also required to work rotating on call weekends, currently one weekend out of every 4 weekends.
Duties consist of cleanings of residences as well as some commercial cleaning and involve dusting, sanitizing, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping hard floors, vacuuming carpets, etc...VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED.
Pay starts at $13.00 per hour, with increase to $14.00 per hour after 90 days, assuming all is going well with performance, attendance, etc...
Paid vacation and sick as well as holiday pay available after introductory period.
