Maintenance Manager/Handyman Position
Working Maintenance Manager position
· Starting pay $16.00 per hour. Pay will be re-evaluated after 90 days.
· Monday through Friday 7am start time. Shift typically ends around 3 or 3:30pm but could be slightly longer depending on jobs assigned each day
· Occasional rotating weekends on call, for emergencies only, currently one time every 4 weeks
· Paid sick, vacation, holidays after introductory period
· Must have valid PA driver’s license and be able to pass criminal background screening and drug test.
· Supervision of 1 up to possibly 5-6 employees on job sites
· Duties include, but are not limited to: carpet cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning up to 2 stories, duct cleaning, power washing, general cleaning, emergency cleanups including water and sewer backups, snow plowing
· Must have handyman skills to complete minor repairs for customers and also work on shop equipment. Will discuss at interview.
