Job Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for soliciting new maintenance customers to meet sales quotas and profit margins, while managing existing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying new prospects, maintaining existing accounts, increasing and developing new customer accounts, implementing marketing activities, and fostering teamwork within the company.
Requirements
- High School Diploma and additional training in business, construction, and marketing
- A minimum of three years experience in sales
- Ability to prepare reports, communicate clearly, and provide written correspondence and verbal communications with customers
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and contact database programs
- Valid in-state driver's license
