Business Analyst- Identity and Access Management

Job Description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Business Analyst will have the primary responsibility of supporting the organizations Identity and Access transformation. This would include writing documentation, communications, and coordination with stakeholders.

• Document processes and work with Global Technology Support Teams to publish documentation in Documentation repositories.
• Support Coordination with Governance Team, Support Teams, and IT Field Services, and other stakeholders.
• Draft and coordinate sending of Communications associated with Identity Project Efforts
• Collect and report on feedback associated with Identity Projects
• Document Business Requirements based on feedback collected.
  
  
  

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 Years in a similar Analyst or Support Role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience Writing Technical Documentation
• Foundational knowledge of identity management, User Access Reviews and Role Based Access Controls.
• Experience with meeting coordination and note taking
• Experience with collecting feedback and documenting business requirements.
  
  
  

Salary/ Rate: $35-$45/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week . Contract duration is 6 months with possible extensions. This position currently does not offer any benefits.
