Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of security-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Provide regular updates on project status, including key accomplishments, risks, and next steps.
- Executive Presentations: Create and deliver high-level executive summary presentations that clearly articulate the value and progress of security projects. Ensure that presentations are tailored to an executive audience and are visually compelling.
- Data Visualization: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power BI and AI-driven tools to collect, analyze, and present data in an organized manner. Develop dashboards that summarize project metrics, risks, and progress for executive review.
- Communication: Will assist with global communications., delivering updates, answering questions, and facilitating discussions around project performance. Ensure that key stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Reporting: Track and report on project timelines, deliverables, and security-related issues. Ensure transparency and provide insights into any challenges or adjustments needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments, especially security, IT, and business units. Ensure effective coordination and that project goals are achieved in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a security-focused environment.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Project, and AI tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to an executive audience.
- Background in security, with the ability to evaluate, discuss, and summarize security projects and initiatives effectively.
- Experience working with high-level stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management best practices, methodologies, and tools.
