- Research key decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, IT Hiring Managers) and build contact lists.
- Enrich CRM (Salesforce) with accurate lead data, firmographics, and engagement insights.
- Track industry trends in AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Data to identify sales opportunities.
- Benchmark competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning to refine sales strategies.
- Provide insights into customer pain points, business challenges, and staffing trends.
- Support BD team with personalized outreach data (e.g., relevant case studies, tailored messaging).
- Analyze past sales data to identify win/loss patterns and improve targeting strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales materials, whitepapers, and research-driven content.
