This individual will play a pivotal role in launching new eCommerce experiences for our brands across global markets while working closely with a cross-functional team of developers and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership : Lead end-to-end project management of new Shopify eCommerce website builds, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.Cross-Functional Coordination : Collaborate with internal and external teams, including developers, UX / UI designers, marketers, product owners, and brand managers, to deliver high-quality Shopify websites.Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment. Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical audiences through excellent written and verbal skills.Optimization & Maintenance : Drive continuous improvement of live Shopify websites by identifying opportunities for performance optimization, new feature integration, and enhanced user experiences.Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of the Shopify Plus platform and partner with developers to manage Shopify platform customizations, integrations (e.g., payment gateways, sales tax apps, customer engagement, ERP systems), and troubleshooting.Global Rollout : Manage eCommerce site launches across multiple international markets, ensuring compliance with regional legal, regulatory, and cultural requirements.Risk Management : Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.Data-Driven Insights : Leverage analytics to measure site performance and recommend enhancements to meet business goals.QualificationsExperience : 10 years of project management experience in eCommerce and digital product development.Shopify Expertise : Proven track record of managing Shopify projects, including Shopify Plus. Experience with integrations and customizations.Project Management Skills : Strong organizational and time-management abilities with experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business language.Global Experience : Experience managing projects for global markets is highly preferred.Team Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
