Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Pete's Tire Barns Inc. This role is essential in supporting our HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee orientation, and HRIS management. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with our commitment to equal employment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Maintain and update HRIS to ensure accurate employee records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support change management initiatives within the organization.
- Coordinate employee training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management or generalist roles.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Paycom software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and employee engagement practices.
