Inside Sales Associate

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing sales through phone, email, and virtual meetings. You will play a key part in driving revenue growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate leads and close sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

• Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.

• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).

• 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

• Experience in the car wash industry is a plus.
