Develop unique and trend-forward seasonal designs and concepts for our children's fashion collections.
Design and create essential styles for the Basics Line, ensuring versatility and quality.
Produce detailed sketches and color cad illustrations to communicate design ideas clearly.
Create comprehensive tech packs for each design, including technical specifications and construction details.
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and materials that align with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal trends.
Measure and fit incoming samples to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Conduct thorough sample reviews, providing feedback to ensure product quality and consistency.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

Strong understanding and expertise in working with colors, prints, patterns, and textile compositions.

Ability to design independently while adhering to the brand's unique aesthetic and style guidelines.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Proficient in garment measurement and fitting.

A sharp eye for fashion trends, color combinations, and styling.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design creation and presentation.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and integrate brand aesthetics into design work.

A passion for children's fashion and a deep understanding of the industry trends.
