Work as an employee for a Private Wealth Advisory practice with Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. Assist in daily business operations and support the many different tasks for which the practice is responsible.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Contacting clients to schedule meetings for Financial Advisors.
· Onboarding new clients.
· Management of tasks and reminders in Salesforce.
· 3rd party annuity service transactions.
· Money movements and general cashiering.
· Interacting with clients at events.
· Sitting in with Financial Advisors on client meetings to take notes and facilitate paperwork.
Skills & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree (any concentration) preferred.
· Strong communication skills required.
· No previous industry experience required.
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail required.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
