Responsibilities:
- Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently
- Refill water glasses and assist servers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service stations
- Ensure tables, chairs, and floors are clean and properly arranged
- Assist with silverware polishing, dish running, or other prep tasks
- Work closely with servers and hosts to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide guests with a warm and courteous demeanor at all time
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest relations is a plus.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests is highly valued.
