Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and friendly Puppy Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals, a knack for customer service, and the ability to educate potential puppy owners about the different breeds, care requirements, and responsible pet ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, providing information about available puppies and their care.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of different puppy breeds, health care, nutrition, training, and overall pet ownership.
- Sales: Drive sales by effectively matching puppies with prospective owners, highlighting the unique qualities of each puppy.
- Education: Provide customers with resources and guidance on puppy care, training, and nutrition to ensure informed decisions.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of puppy inventory, sales, and customer inquiries.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the puppy area is clean, safe, and inviting for both puppies and customers.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or messages to check on new puppy owners and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
