POSITION SUMMARY
The Control Board Operator is responsible for monitoring and managing the control systems that oversee the distribution processes. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of equipment and systems, responding to any issues that arise to maintain optimal workflow and safety standards.
DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs a team of associates to achieve operational goals.
- Coordinate team assignments and prioritize / control the workflow through WMS system to ensure that deadlines are met.
- Provide information for daily start-up meetings
- Check sales orders against available inventory to ensure maximum order fulfillment.
- Generate tasks through WMS system to ensure maximum order fulfillment.
- Manage equipment check out and check ins.
- Provides feedback on productivity and quality related performance to supervisors and managers.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Other duties as deemed necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Excellent attendance and willingness to be part of a team – performing deemed duties are necessary.
12 months experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail environment.
6 months previous Microsoft experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work in office and Distribution Center environment

Reports to Distribution Center Supervisor
