The Company is headquartered in Arlington, Texas, in the heart of the Dallas / Ft. Worth ‘Metroplex’. The Corporate Headquarters is located within walking distance to the iconic AT&T Stadium, home of the 5-time Super Bowl Champion Dallas Cowboys, and The Ballpark in Arlington, home of the Texas Rangers baseball club. DFW Airport is also nearby. Our fulfillment center is located in Lancaster, Texas.
As a Distribution Center Worker (using Power Equipment / Forklifts), you will be given the opportunity to create and provide excellent customer service within the fulfillment center. To be successful, the candidate must be able to “get things done” and effectively perform warehousing and fulfillment activities including order pulling, stocking, truck loading / unloading with manual equipment, receiving, cycle counting, packing or shipping. The employee is expected to perform these tasks at posted standards for the Fulfillment Center, for productivity for each function and to perform the task with a high degree of accuracy and quality. POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for effectively performing warehouse and fulfillment activities and also be able to operate at least one piece of equipment such as an electric pallet jack / rider jack or stand-up forklift in at least one of the following areas :
- Order pulling
- Stocking / Putaway / Replenishment
- Truck loading / unloading
- Picking & Packing
The employee is expected to perform these tasks at posted standards and to perform the task with a high degree of accuracy and quality. The Distribution Center Worker will be guided by the Company’s Vision statement, policies and procedures.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Works in a distribution center environment. The noise level is usually moderate to loud, depending on the level of activity in the distribution center. The environment is not climate controlled and can be hot / cold depending on the time of year.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The physical demands include, but are not limited to sitting, standing, walking, communicating, seeing, hearing, use of hands, and lifting. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, but not on a consistent basis.
