What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at PetMedic?
PetMedic Urgent Care Vet Clinic has teamed up with Dr. Christine McKinney to offer our clients a much-needed veterinary dermatology service at our Watertown location. We are looking for a temporary Client Service Representative to join Dr. McKinney’s team for the next 3-4 months. This role has the possibility of becoming permanent. The dermatology service is open M-Th, 7:30-3:30pm . Enjoy helping our clients and their pets with no nights or weekends!

Key Responsibilities:
- Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner
- Warmly greets clients and provide exceptional service
- Entering new client information into the computer system
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Prepares client invoices for services performed
- Handles payment transactions
- Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year client service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer skills required
- Significant experience with basic office functions in a busy office environment
- Must be a team player and have compassion for pets and their people
- Strong organizational skills, capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing
- Must be a people person who is kind and caring to all staff and clients
Salary: $18-22/hr ( based on experience)
